Mediterranean Yachting Holidays -MY Holidays , is a charter yacht management company based in Athens with an increasing number of charter yachts added in its fleet every year and numerous bases in Greece.
We are participating in all international charter venues every year as exhibitors and have already established many strong relationships with well known partners of the yachting industry.
The core of the business model of Mediterranean Yachting Holidays -MY Holidays as a management company is that we offer the option to owners/investors all expenses of the yacht to be covered by us, basis on the agreement with the owner of the yacht.
Basis on the agreement with the owner, the agreed amount of profit is transferred to the owner of the yacht every time that yacht is departing with a new charter.
In that way, the owner of the yacht is ensured that there are no hidden charges or delays in payments by the management company and maximum profit is achieved as it is a mutual interest for both the management company and owner to achieve maximum charter prices and charter weeks.
Free use of the yacht by the owner is possible to be agreed for as many weeks is desired , by merely altering the fixed percentage of the charter party price which is agreed in advance of the chartering season.
Management of all yachts is done by the management company. The company is responsible for arranging bookings and taking care of all the associated requirements of the yachts. Yacht maintenance, charter bookings, repairs, technical support, yacht cleaning, clients welcome and familiarization and other procedural issues are all undertaken by the management company. A management agreement is signed between each yacht-owning company and the management company for the services rendered and commitments undertaken.
